Büşra Yalçınöz Uçan is a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow at the University of Stavanger, Norway. Her research broadly focuses on gender-based violence, feminist approaches to intervention/prevention work, digital technologies, and women’s agency and well-being. She holds a PhD in clinical psychology from Bogazici University, Turkey, and previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Waterloo, Canada. She is also a research associate with the Centre for the Study of Social and Legal Responses to Violence at the University of Guelph and an expert panel member of the Canadian Femicide Observatory for Justice and Accountability.
